Grounds for immediate removal (no refund)
- Scamming or bad-faith behavior: Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or intentional manipulation will result in immediate removal.
- Non-payment after agreed terms: If a member owes another member payment and fails to pay within 30 days of the agreed deadline (unless both parties agree to extend), they may be removed.
- Buyer non-compliance: If a buyer keeps a product but does not pay for it, this is grounds for removal. Acceptable options include returning the product, paying in full, or negotiating a mutually agreed discount, all within 30 days of the originally agreed payment deadline.
- Supplier abuse or misrepresentation: If a supplier is consistently found to deliver poor, misrepresented, or intentionally deceptive products, they will be removed. Honest mistakes can happen, but patterns of dishonesty will not be tolerated.
- Repeated disruption: If a member receives 3 official warnings for stirring drama, attacking others, or being disruptive, they will be removed.
- Illegal activity: any member commercially dealing in products that are illegal under Thai law will be removed. Personal choices are not the network's business; commercial activity that exposes other members to legal risk has no place here.
If you're accused of breaking the code
Your options are:
- Leave voluntarily.
- Be removed.
- Request for the community to decide. Present your side to the group or a select few (approved by admin), followed by a 24-hour poll. The group decides via majority vote.
Confidentiality is mandatory
- What's shared in the group stays in the group.
- Do not leak screenshots, price sheets, or sensitive conversations outside the network without permission.
Community safety clause
We reserve the right to remove any member, even if they haven't broken a specific rule, if their actions are considered harmful to the safety, trust, or cohesion of the group.
