TCN ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services, including our premium WhatsApp community for businesses in Thailand.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our services.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

• Google ID: We collect your Google ID when you log in to our services.
• Phone Number: We collect your phone number at checkout and use it to connect you to our WhatsApp community and manage access to premium groups.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly for functional purposes:

• To authenticate your identity and provide access to our services
• To manage your membership in our WhatsApp community groups
• To track and verify your subscription entitlements
• To communicate with you about your account and our services

Community moderation

Messages posted in TCN community WhatsApp groups are processed by an automated system that flags content for human review against our Code of Conduct. The classifier looks at message content (text, images, and video frames) and the immediate conversation context. No automated decisions are taken on the basis of this processing alone, all moderation actions are reviewed by a human before being applied. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the community safe and preventing harm to members. You can object to this processing by emailing info@tcnetwork.me, in which case the only remaining options are to continue with manual moderation in your case or to leave the community.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Cross-border data transfer

Some of our service providers (Stripe, Google, Whapi, Resend, Sentry) are located outside Thailand. By creating an account you consent to your personal data being transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions, which may have different data protection standards. Each provider is contractually bound to protect your data and is itself subject to recognised data protection regimes (GDPR, UK DPA, or equivalent).

Consent

When you sign up, you affirmatively agree to this Privacy Policy and to the processing of your personal data as described here. We record the date and policy version of your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account from your dashboard, or by emailing info@tcnetwork.me. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services to you. If you request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable laws.

Payment Processing

We process the personal data above under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Where the data is needed to deliver the membership you purchased (your email, name, and phone number), we rely on the performance-of-contract basis; for everything else we rely on your consent or our legitimate interests. You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings or by emailing info@tcnetwork.me.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for information on how they handle your payment data.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent for data processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.

You can exercise the right to access (export) your data and the right to erasure directly from your dashboard under "Account & Privacy". For all other requests, contact us at info@tcnetwork.me. We will respond within 30 days.

Age Restrictions

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 20, in accordance with Thai regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 20 years of age.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
