TCN provides a premium WhatsApp community platform for businesses in Thailand. Our services include access to exclusive WhatsApp groups, business networking opportunities, legal updates, dedicated support, and other features as described on our website.

Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 20 years of age, in accordance with Thai regulations. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to our premium services requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan.

4.1 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium services will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4.2 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of your subscription.

5. Community Guidelines

As a member of our WhatsApp community, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines, which are available directly within the community. Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the community and termination of your subscription without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by TCN and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you share within our community. However, by sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services.

9. Disputes

Any disputes related to payments will be handled by Stripe according to their terms and policies. For all other disputes, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting us at info@tcnetwork.me.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
